Distillate may vary in colour from clear, red, orange, yellow, etc depending on oxidation which doesn’t effect potency. We can not guarantee the colour of this product. Oxidation does not affect the potency of this product. Hydrogenation makes distillate more stable and less prone to breaking down when exposed to light, air, or heat. Because distillate has fewer sites that can react or degrade over time, it possesses a longer shelf life than many of its unsaturated cannabinoid counterparts.

Shipping and Returns
UK
Orders containing products (10g, 20g, 100g, 500g, 1kg) are fulfilled and dispatched from our EU warehouse via recorded delivery, in discreet format, smell-proof packaging and on DDP terms. The standard shipping selection for orders containing these products takes 4-5 working days, excluding weekends and bank holidays. You can track these orders on Royal Mail’s website once shipped.

RETURNS POLICY
Please check that your order is correct upon receipt.
Under the Consumer Contract Regulations, you have up to 14 days from the day you receive your goods to return and cancel your purchase. If you wish to cancel, you must inform us of this decision by email to support@h-w.shop with your order reference number. We can only accept returned items that are in resalable condition i.e. unopened, sealed and in their original packaging. You are responsible for the cost of returning the items. We advise that you obtain a proof of postage when you return the item.
In the unlikely event that you receive a product with a manufacturing fault, or a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible on support@h-w.shop attaching photos of the items where possible, and letting us know your order reference number. We aim to respond to messages within 24 hours. Please note that some investigations can take longer.
In case an incorrect product has been received, the customer must refrain from opening the packaging and should contact HighWay.wtf via email as soon as possible to arrange a replacement or alternative compensation. HighWay.wtf has the right to request the incorrect item back and any item that is opened is deemed to be acceptance of that product.
Where a manufacturing fault has been confirmed we will provide a replacement, store credit or refund within 10 days and postage costs will also be refunded on submission of proof of cost of postage. This excludes certain devices which are covered by the manufacturer warranty.
All returns items must be sent to us using tracked (and we recommend insured) mail.
If a returned item is found not to be faulty under testing, then you will be required to pay the cost of return postage.
